Up for sale is an 87 Jeep Cherokee. I bought this vehicle for 2000 for my mother but after I bought it I came across a great deal on a newer vehicle that she liked better so now I need to sell this one. In 2009 the previous owner had the following replaced by a certified machanic with new parts: Shocks, Spark plugs, wires, motor mounts, trans mount, front axle pinion seal, track bar, upper control arm bushings, fuel filter, brake pads, rotors, shoes,wheel cylinders, master cylinder, power booster, a/c condenser, and a new oem exhaust system. They also found all vacuum leaks and had those fixed. The interior was completely redone in 2005, it has one slight tear in the driver side seat but as soon as we noticed it we put a seat cover over to stop the tear. The paint is original and is chipping. The previous owner was a judge and this was going to be his deer lease vehicle, but had a new road put in so there was no need for it. I have personally replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter, put on a new ignition coil, and a new crankshaft sensor. In 2005 an engine swap took place replacing the inline4 2.5L engine with a inline6 4.0L engine. It has an automatic trans that doesn't slip one bit. If the vehicle is bought at the full 2000 price new alterrain tires will be included with spare and an aftermarket stereo but ONLY if bought at buy it now price.
