Nice 1985 Monte Carlo SS. The engine is a 5.0 HO 4bbl (305ci) with a 700R4 transmission. This is a great car that needs a little TLC. It runs, sounds and drives great. Exhaust is a true dual system with Flowmaster's. Car also has an Edelbrock carb and a new distributor. The original spare and jack are in place. The A/C works great, it was switched over to 134. The wheels are Chevrolet Rally's and the tires are less than a year old. Here is a list of what I feel this car needs: 1. Paint Job- Its dead Lacquer. The roof is the worst part of the car... The body is pretty straight, the only place needing any serious body work is just behind the drivers door, but it's a small spot.(see pics). Also a couple spots on the front bumper (see pics). 2. Interior- It will either need a headliner or a dye job, its faded.. The dash is cracked in 2 places. (see pics). The carpet is faded, but I have a brand new still in the box kit that goes with the car. 3.Mechanical- The engine is pretty dirty. Could use a complete cosmetic redo. It runs great and we drive almost daily. This car does not have T-tops. $500 due within 24 hours of sale, and the balance is due at time of pickup within 10 days.
