1968 Chrysler Newport, 383 2bbl, 727 automatic transmission (just serviced), 166,000 miles, Air Temp A/C (dealer installed) AM radio/rear speaker, Collector plates. I am the second owner of this time capsule. When I bought it a year ago it recently had: new tires, brakes, brake lines, exhaust, plugs, and ignition wires. Over the past year I have: installed new oil pump (not wanting to chance it), motor & transmission mounts, muffler (wanted a quieter one), carburetor, power steering pump, A/C compressor, OEM passenger door mirror, all belts and hoses, battery, battery cables, u joints, shocks (air in rear), fuel pump, door hinge & pins, front seat bottom skin with new OEM material, new OEM floor carpet & rubber floor mats, Dynamat through out under carpet, OEM style drink holder. I have two original build sheets, Dealer service card & owners manual. I have a factory service & parts manual on CD. The A/C has been recharged with 134a/works great @ 34 deg. F. No leaks or drips and aircraft maintenance engineer maintained. Documents and receipts for everything. This car is clean and a pleasure to drive. It turn heads every where.
