NO RESERVE, THE HIGHEST BIDDER WINS. I purchased this bike in 2005 and spent alot of time and money restoring it. When it was purchased, the engine oil plug was stripped, along with other big problems. It was at that time I replaced the engine with the Lifan 70cc engine. It is nearly identical to the original engine, except the Lifan has electronic ignition (more dependable). I am not a professional motorcycle restorer; this was my third bike to restore. It has been sitting for about four years and has hardly been used since I completed the work, I crank it monthly. The engine has less than five miles on it. I estimate that 80% of the parts have been replaced; too many to list or remember, but, the following are some of the most significant: Professionaly painted, New tires, new engine, new exhause and muffler, new carb, totally new wiring, new seat cover, new brakes, new fenders, new chrome, and many others. I have over $2,800 into the bike; I do not expect to recoop all the costs. The bike is not perfect; the buyer of this bike will have to fine tune some of the operation including idle and brakes. The bike has new wiring, but, I was able to get the engine running, the lights are not hooked up. Basically, I ran out of steam on this one. The restoration is probably 95% completed.
