I bought this car last year as a project year and invested a lot of time and money in it to get it on the road. I am too big and uncomfortable in it and have lost interest in it so here it goes. The car is running and registered in NY This is a federal S2 model with the front fender bulges and Renault engine and transmission. The chassis and body are in good shape with only some surface rust on the chassis. There is no indication of collision damage anywhere. The body has one spider web on the engine hatch which is faint. There is se chipping around the door handle and e door handle and lock. The yellow paint looks good but not perfect. There are some minor flaws but it shines and is presentable. The car runs and drives fine and has a weber carb and recent tune up with all fresh fluids. Most everything inside is new, seat upholstery, carpet, windlace, dash and pad , console and pad, arm pad and dash wood. The headliner is stained has some tears but is sound and can be easily recovered. All gauges switches and lights work along with the cd stereo. The original ash tray is still I the car which is a miracle. They are impossible to locate. The car needs a jack, lug wrench, sun visors wheel caps and spare tire . The wheel is there. The front windscreen has some light scratches which are not apparent. The rest is good and the power windows nwork. The starter and pedals were rebuilt and the wheels have been refurbished and clear coated. Things that are new: complete brake system with updated Nissan f10 master, lug nuts, shifter pivot new bearing and machined plate ( replaces rubber grommet ) gas cap, misc. hoses, front wheel bearings, battery, clutch cable, tail lamps, side markers and trim, front grill, engine cover grills, decals, L O T U S, boot and engine cover locks, ignition switch, wipers, arms, and 4 brand new Sumitomo HR tires with less than 5 miles on them. Brand new Sebring side mirror plus all the interior pieces. The car is available for inspection by appointment and shipping is your responsibility. The car and paperwork will be released when funds clear unless C.O.D. Deposit only by Paypal within 24 hrs of close. I am not a dealer and do not provide services like airport pickup or registration service. If you plan on driving this car away it is your responsibility to make proper arrangements and only after funds have cleared. The car comes with a transferable NY registration and bill of sale. There is no title for a 1969 car in NY. The registration is the legal proof of ownership when signed over to the new owner. I am guessing that you have some knowledge of the Europa if you are bidding . If not please do some research on the car before jumping in. thanks for looking
