Automatic w/Manual Mode Here's a very, very nice example of a 2007 XC70 Cross Country. This turbocharged, AWD wagon is in excellent shape inside and out and it runs and drives great. It is also loaded with creature comforts, including leather seats and a power glass moonroof. It has over $6400 in factory options, including the Premium Package and the Convenience Package. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner, and has just 18,374 miles on it. This car is still covered by the remaining factory warranty until 01/2011 or 50,000 miles. The exterior is in nice shape. There are no noteworthy dents or dings, and the paint shines like new all around. The Autocheck and Carfax reports show no accident history. Autocheck does show frame damage reported at an auto auction. This car does not have a frame - it has unibody construction. We have looked this cart over very closely, and we cannot find any kind of structural problem. There is certainly no safety concern or anything that affects that way this car runs and drives. Again - there is no accident history on this car. Exterior enhancements include alloy wheels, roof rails and fog lamps. The interior is clean, and also in excellent condition. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory settings. The rear seat is in fine shape, and rear seat passengers have their own A/C vents. The cargo area is clean and large. A privacy shade and carpeted cargo mat are included. You can fold down either or both of the the rear seats if you need extra cargo area. This Volvo offers a nice compliment of comfort and convenience features: Cold auto dual-zone air conditioning; AM/FM/CD stereo with steering wheel controls; tilt wheel; cruise control, and much more. Other features of note include a power glass moonroof and an auto-dim rearview mirror with compass display The turbocharged 2.5 liter runs very well. It's rated at a healthy 208 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. The tires have very good tread remaining. Autocheck shows accurate mileage. Payment/Fees We will add a $299 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
