HOT Looking SLK 230, lady driven, Runs great, very clean. _ new tinted windows _new rims and tires about 3,000 miles ago _new headlights _regular service with full synthetic oil _ cars drives straight and very clean for age. The convertible top has just had new o rings put in and works great. Had carbon fiber vinyl graphics put on the top and mirrors. Things That Need Attenion: When the top broke, oil came out of the system and messed up the headliner, it needs recovered.(hard shell). The a/c and heat stopped working due to some electrical item, took it to a european repair place, and when the car came back after they tried to reprogram the computer the check engine light, abs light, asr light is now on in the dash. They said they could not get the ecm to reprogram, I think they did not know what they were doing. The car runs great still, but the lights are on, and the a/c and heat still are not working. The closest Mercedes dealer is about 2 hours away and am not going to spend the time to fix it plus money is tight. I have set the reserve lower than wholesale so bid to win. I know I found used ECM's on ebay for less than $100.00 but you still need to take the car to a dealer or someone with the correct system to work on Mercedes to reprogram, so keep this in mind when bidding. We drive this car daily and have for the past year and a half, and would hop in it today and drive it anywhere. The car looks very good and has had a very light fender bender in August, it damaged the bumper cover,drivers fender, drivers headlight. NO airbags deployed cost less than $600.00 to fix. The hood and fenders and drivers door has been repainted/blended so the car does not look like 2 different colors. all other panels are origanal paint. We also had all the black panels painted around the bottom for looks.
