Aunt June's 1968 Lincoln Continental coupe. Purchased in April 1968 as a retirement gift to herself, the car has been lovingly maintained and kept in the garage since new. Used mostly for road trips from Dallas, PA to Sarasota, Florida and Cape Cod. Literally driven by a little old lady until I inherited the car in April, 1999 with just over 66,000 miles. The car is immaculate and runs and rides great; after all, it is a Lincoln. There is a small ding on the front bumper and the a/c needs to be charged. The original antenna worked once in a while and was replaced by an antenna from another '68 Lincoln, which also works once in a while. The car is 43 years and all original. I have the original antenna. Other than adjusting the carburetor and charging the a/c, the car has been driven to local car shows and runs great. For the collector, I have most of the maintenance records as well as the original window sticker, tax form, owner's manual, warranty information, and instructions on using the am/fm radio. The cruise control works like it did the day the car was purchased. The interior is in excellent condition but the bottom trunk mat should be replaced. Aunt June spilled something and cut out a section. The car has been in the family since new and is arguably one of the finest Lincolns available anywhere.
