I am selling a 1968 Chevy Impala Fastback. It has a 305 V8 and transmission that came out of a 1992 Caprice. THE GOOD: 4 Barrel Carb. Starts right up, runs great New plugs, wires, and distributor cap Dual exhaust glasspacks No smoke Good tred on tires Good glass All lights work Power steering Good battery New carpet Front grill is in excellent condition No rust on any of the chrome Good radiator All parts are original except for the engine and transmission. This is a project car, its also being sold locally. So I reserve the right to end the auction. I just traded my truck for this car a few days ago and I was really looking forward to fixing it up but I just dont have the time or money to put into it right now. Also I am joining the military, so since I'll be leaving soon I dont want it to just sit in the yard. THE BAD: The rear brakes need work The only body damage is on the drivers side rear bumper (in picture) and some MINOR rust. Interior: the carpet is new, but the seats need to be re-upholstered and the top of the dashboard is torn up. Speedometer, odometer reads 87000 miles but (needs adapter from transmission) to be reconnected, and windshield wipers (needs motor) dont work. The real mileage is unknown. I found what appears to be the worst rust I could find. It's the trunk lid inside where the lock would connect; this is visible in the pic. Some shots of the glass pack mufflers and various shots under the car. I could only stick the camera under it and hope for a good shot. Please use the eBay "ask a question" if you have any.
