This is a true, Y84, Special Edition Trans Am. I have spent considerable time and $$$ restoring this vehicle and it's close to finished. It has a brand new, high quality paint with all new weather stripping and decals. In addition, it has new door panels, console bezel, carpet and headliner and seat covers! Also, it has new TA Wheels and center caps.The vehicle has been garaged for years in California and was completely rust free before paint. NO body repairs or rust was observed anywhere! This was and is a very clean car. The carb has been rebuilt and it passed California emission testing quickly and extremely cleanly. What does it need? It needs touch up on a couple of interior trim pieces, has a small nick in the windshield. There may be other minor details but nothing major. Oh yes, I forgot to mention I had the transmission rebuilt less than 25 miles ago with a shift kit. Very solid. I have obviously invested way more $$$ than I will get out of it here on Ebay and someone will get a nice car. If you're thinking about buying a Trans Am for a little less that needs work let me stop you there. It's highly unlikely you'll come out ahead buying another TA based on the price for which you can buy this. I will try to answer any questions to the best of my ability. Thanks for your interest.
