The exterior paint is in great condition with normal scratches and chips. This cars interior looks good and it is in far better condition than what is expected for a car of its age!! There is some light stains on the seats and carpet that will clean up. All interior components seem to be in good working order. The 1.9L DIESEL engine starts right up with absolutely no problems. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts great and the clutch feels good. When test driving the car are mechanic has told us that the transmission will pop out of 5th gear. He believes it may need a linkage adjustment. When driving in 5th gear you can hold it so that it does not pop out. He also said that the front end may need a few bushings and the radio is loose. The check engine light is on (glow plug relay code) and the car has a sometimes rough idle. The car is in great shape considering the miles but we want to disclose as much as possible so you can bid accordingly.
