1999 VW Beetle nice exterior does have engine problem; the car is overheating; one mechanic says it's a blown head gasket interior has been spray-painted with interior fabric paint located in Pamplin, VA buyer would be responsible for towing car car WILL start up and WILL drive, but soon it starts overheating Just noticed the VERY low rating given by ebay due to title problems; just want to make it clear that we DO have the title (see picture) and did NOT have a problem getting tags, registration, etc. from the DMV with it. It is possible that the vehicle had been wrecked and written off as a loss by the insurance company. To be honest, I don't know. However, the title is NOT a salvage title, and we had been driving this car until it started overheating. (It's also simply too small to drive back and forth to school when you have teenagers, their bookbags, their sports equipment, etc.)
