NO RESERVE AUCTION !!!!!!!!!! 1955 DODGE C-1 PICKUP TRUCK STAKE BODY. 120835 miles on the speedo. Some rust showing around the bottom of the doors. Easy fix if you plan to repaint. As far as I know it is a solid all metal cab. Really an incredible truck being 55 years old. INSIDE LOOKS GREAT! Drivers window needs some assist when rolling up and the vent glass is broken where it locks. Really nice upholstery on the bench seat. Note: the transmission and motor came out of the same truck and were never separated. The flathead motor had a real knock in it, so I changed it out for a 1981 Chevy PU 6 cyl manual tranny. Still have the motor if buyer wants it. Put a universal floor shifter. I haven't had it out on the highway, just drove it up and down my driveway. Stake body is really well done. I have kept it out of the weather and need the space. Great truck for a truck farm or for parades! *** Just noticed that I took these pics BEFORE the engine and tranny swap .... The shfter is a univeral 3 speed on the floor now. Can send additional pics if you send me your email.
