Selling 2 partially restored mid 60's Honda S90's The more complete S90 has an Illinois title. The second bike was purchased at a Missouri salvage yard with a bill of sale. The more complete Honda was running last spring but has an oil leak, likely from a internal rubber gasket that was not installed properly. The second Honda has not yet run because the coil is bad. Both bike motors have been taken apart, completely cleaned and serviced. Neither bike has had the cases split, however. Both bikes have re-bored cylinders with o/s Honda pistons. This service done by a Honda dealership, Additionally new timing chains, new gaskets and new clutch friction plates on both engines. The more complete bike has all four speeds. The less complete bike appears to have all forward speeds but it is difficult to engage third and fourth gear. Both bikes had the frames bead blasted, primed and painted a Toyota metallic black. Both bikes have bead blasted and sealed gas tanks. Both bikes have new wiring harnesses based on a 6 volt system. Both bikes have updated electronic rectifiers wired in. Both bikes have complete brake and clutch release systems installed with many new parts. Both bikes have new or polished wheel hubs, new spokes, new Honda wheel rims and new tires. Both bike have completely re-worked front and rear suspensions with the exception of new fork oil on the front suspensions. The more complete bike is basically all there except the air filter. The second bike is missing the points cover, engine sprocket, chain and kick starter, I have part of the air filter system on this bike. The finished bike has a good after-market exhaust system and a very nice O.E. seat without tears. The second bike has the original exhaust and seat, both in fair to poor condition. Will be happy to answer any and all questions on what has and has not been done Reason for selling, moved to new job and just have just lost interest.
