Vehicle Detail

1972 Fiat Spider 124 convertible. I bought this car as a running project several years ago, lack of storage and time has forced me to sell. New convertible top installed 2 years ago. New rotors and calipers on front, new pads all the way around, new master cylinder, newer booster. NO WORKING BRAKES AT THIS TIME. Needs lines replaced throughout due to corrosion, have new rubber lines with vehicle, needs steel lines also. Motor runs, single carb setup with extra carb in trunk. Put new belt on vehicle, think timing is still off. Runs a little rough, think am off with one of the camshafts. Has a two year old battery, battery will need charged. Manual transmission shifted fine and had no slipping when I was still driving vehicle. Also nice tight clutch. Body seems mostly solid, damage to right rear quarter from being struck while parked. Previous owner filled marker light holes on front fenders, but wiring still there. Passenger side floorboard basically non existant, driver side floorboard not horrible, but would probably want to replace it also. Back floors are solid as well as the trunk. Has newer exhaust system, nothing fancy, but intact. Extra muffler in trunk as well as extra shocks(new). All four tires are in good condition and hold air well. Black painted rims and chrome rings. Sorry, no spare. The upholsery seems intact with several split seams, dash is cracked in multiple spots. This car is far from pristine, but with a brake system and tune-up could easily be a drivable project. No warrantee or promises given on this vehicle, I have described it as accurately as I could. Any further questions, contact me through Ebay messaging. Vehicle is currently parked at my fire station in Valparaiso, IN. YOU WILL NEED A TRAILER TO REMOVE IT. $100 dollar deposit due to my PayPal account within 48 hours of auction close. Balance either in cash or Money Order at time of pickup. Immediate removal of vehicle not needed, but no promises it won't be buried under snow if it takes too long. Immediate removal of vehicle not needed, but no promises it won't be buried under snow if it takes too long. The mileage on the odometer is 44,xxx. I don't know the accuracy of this. I am at least the third owner of this vehicle. Again, just to stress the fact, THIS VEHICLE HAS NO OPERATIONAL BRAKES AT THIS TIME. The left front caliper is actually sitting in the trunk at this time. I looked at the interior again and it does appear to me split seams on the seats, door panels are intact but a little dry. Also, I do not have the convertible boot. Vehicle was originally dark red, half way decent looking repaint in black. Does have scratches that may or may not polish out. The vehicle sat parked in a tree filled yard for around a year before I purchased it. At time of purchase though, it did start with a jump and drive the 3 miles to my home. I have done some driving with the vehicle in the past. Spent time parked while I tracked down some major electrical gremlins (would not charge). Pretty much all of the charging system has been replaced (new alternator and several other parts). Then the brakelines went bad and I have not had the additional money to place into vehicle or the place to work on it due to divorce. The doors do open and close like new. No sagging at all. There is some surface rust on the bumpers, nothing major, also some pitting to the chrome, especially the windshield frame. All trim appears intact, all glass is good. Like I said, this car is far from pristine, but isn't a total heap either. I have had fun playing with her, really hate to let her go.
