2000 Triumph Legend TT900

For auction is a nice 2000 Triumph Legend TT900 with low miles. It is not currently running. My local mechanic cleaned the carbs and gas tank because I thought that was the problem. After cleaning the fuel system the mechanic found an electrical problem. The 1st cylinder had insufficient spark, 2nd cylinder had normal spark, and the 3rd had too much. The mechanic switched out the CDI box and pulse sensor but neither made a difference. It may be an easy fix for someone familiar with Triumph bikes. I did see on some message boards that it was a common problem but the people that were doing the fixing were in California. The tires are in very good shape ( see pics ). I just need to free up garage space. Anyway, it turns over easily, all fluids just changed, spark plugs, and 3 month old Interstate battery. There is a small scratch on front edge of front fender, scratch on the right side of gas tank ( see pics ) and the left rear signal mount's chrome is peeling.
