Received car from the original owner when we bought his house about 20 years ago in Westfield, New Jersey. He was about 85 years old at the time. As far as we can tell the old man was working on the car and removed the spark plugs in his garage. It seems that he got too sick to finish what he started and the car sat there. After moving into the house I asked some of the neighbors about the car and they said that the old man drove it around town and had recently backed into a fence pulling out of his driveway a year prior. You will see the damage to the back door in the photos. The car has surface rust in areas but the metal is not rusted through except for one of the internal floor board areas. I removed the floor carpet and headliner years ago. I put a battery in the car years ago to test a few things but that's as far as I went with it. Windows worked. Car has a 331 Hemi Engine and it turns over the lights and all the power windows and seats worked the time I tested them. I put some oil in the spark plug holes to keep the cylinders lubricated and transported the car to my new home in 2002. The car has been stored my dry barn ever since.
