This is a 1980 Subaru Wagon. It has an automatic transmission with the famous EA81 1800cc engine. This car has 120,908 orginal miles on the engine. It has been sitting for years under a carport. I just installed new NGK Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires and a Ignition Rotor. We also replaced a few coolant hoses that had fallen apart over the years. We hooked up a new battery to the car and used a fuel source from outside this cars fuel tank and it started and ran for several minutes. Now that I know that it runs, it is time to sell it. I am not interested in restoring it as I have more projects then time. This car is a 2 wheel drive which drives the front wheels. I am not sure what all it needs to make it dependable, but I would start with new fuel lines and I would remove the fuel tank and have it cleaned out and replaced. Then I would install some new tires, These hold air, but the tread is falling off. This is a no reserve auction. I do reserve the right to stop the auction because it is locally advertised for sale also. I would plan on picking it up with a Transport Company or a Trailer. I require payment for the car within 5 days from the close of the auction. I require a $100.00 non refundable deposit. The balance needs to be paid in cash or a Bank Cashiers Check.
