This is a 1971 International Scout.It has 4 wheel drive,3 Speed Transmission,It is a 8 cyl. It does come with plow and it does work.I drove it last year.Park it and now are selling it. It will need some minor things done to engine to run it.Can be Parted Out or restored.What ever you choose to do with this.
