this auction is for the very rare 1926 cadillac five passenger coupe with the fisher body and cadillac V8 this car was just removed from a garage where it had sat untouched for around 40!!! years. it looks as if the car was in fair to good condition when someone decided to restore it, the roof, doors and body had been carefully removed to replace the rotted roof and repair some rust at the passenger side floor and rear fender, and that is when the work stopped, that was around 1972/3 based on the newspaper the windshield and side glass are wrapped in. it needs restoration. the body is lightly bolted together for the pictures. the chassis was not dismantled at all. from what i can tell it,s about 90% complete and is very restorable. there is no interior except for the door panels and they are 100% original. the steering wheel is real nice and is all mahogany. the trunk lid and lower panel are gone. the left and right panels behind the tool and battery boxes are missing. ( not hard to make ) this is about as much as i can stand to write, if you want a very rare car whit class from a time long gone the is the car for you i do not think there are many like this left and if you can find one restored it will probably cost more than 50k so this is a great investment remember they don't make them any more ! it needs restoration. please do not e-mail long drawn out questions. if you are truly serious call my cell phone any time, i am available from 8 to 5 +/- EST every day or just leave a mesg. and i will get bac to you A.S.A.P.
