Location is 60 miles North of Beaufort / Morehead City . This is The CCA design NOT the OutIsland . It has a modified full keel with internal Lead ballast @ 5500lbs. The hull and side decks are solid fiberglass, Cabin top end grain balsa cored and boat is in good shape structually. Keel stepped aluminium Mast with rod rigged backstay . Boat draws 5'2" with spade rudder. Boat should be considered a project boat and as such offered on a no reserve as is where is auction . By bidding you agree to these terms. Boat may be inspected just about any time and I encourage inspection before bidding so you know exactly what you are bidding on.. Hull and rig are in good shape - I purchased this several years ago and sailed as configured from the Chesapeake without engine . In general , I burn 1 gal of fuel per mile so if you are more than 150 miles away it would be more cost effective to haul and put on a truck.for road transport. .
