I purchased this 1993 Chevy Astro van for my mother who is wheelchair bound, unfortunatly she will not be able to use it as her health is getting worse. I bought it from a man who is a quadrapeligic and got all over in this van. Very easy to drive and manuever. It has a Ricon lift that has been serviced and taken care of yearly. Never has quit or given any problems. Seats- 2 buckets in the front, they have real sheepskin seatcovers (new). The drivers seat is an articulated seat (robotic) moves up/down, forward/backwards and sideways for easy getting in and out of the wheelchair. Hand controls, and touch screen push button operation. The ignition, start, and all gears on one pad, and another pad on the drivers door has lights, mirrors, horn, etc. Has an emergency kill switch to shut off all power in an emergency. Also has boosted power steering. Van has new batteries (auxillery for lift too) Van has new tinted windows, new decals. Freshly painted wheels and looks good and drives great. Other options are: stereo, power windows and locks, locking fuel cap. Original pedals and controls still there so can easily be driven by a non-handicapped person as well. We are also including a little scooter too, but it will need replacement batteries.
