This 1997 Wrangler is ready to go and do what you want it to do. With less than 60,000 miles it’s hard to find one with lower miles. The top appears to be leak free, and it even has the sliding front widows. They are much easier to use than the zip downs so toll booths and drive thrus are no problem. The automatic transmission makes it easy for anyone to drive and shift on the fly four wheel drive system engages with the flick of a lever. The Jeep runs and drives well although it does have the check engine light on. All doors, locks and tailgate are in great working condition. The oversize tires still have life left in them and look ready to go. The aftermarket aluminum wheels have some pitting but overall considering the age the Jeep is in very good condition. There are some cosmetic issues of course and I have done my best to include photos. There is some damage to the form passenger side near the headlight, a dent on the passenger side fender, the paint on the mirror brackets has chipped off (actually a pretty common issue), and the tailgate hinges have some rust under the paint. This vehicle is powered by the venerable 2.5 liter inline four an engine well known for its longevity. The Carfax report shows only three owners an accurate odometer, and no accidents so buy with confidence. Please understand I am sure this Jeep is not perfect and may need some TLC, but according to my research there is only one automatic 1997 2.5 liter Jeep for sale with lower miles anywhere.
