2008 BULLITT mustang. if you're looking for a stock car i think i saw about a dozen of them on e-bay the other day. and i do appreciate an original car, but this is for the guy, or gal, that wants one that doesn't look or perform like like the rest of them. and for a whole lot less money than it would take to build it. first let me say that i am in the car business and have had a bunch of the newer mustangs come through here and several of the supercharged cars as well, and i have to say this is my favorite. the stance of the car is just right with the lowered suspension and still has the factory feel. if anything it is tighter, but a very comfortable ride. you can see the body mods with the GT500 hood, the eleanor grill, Roush rear spoiler, the Mach1 louvers. so it's sort of 5 mustangs in one. but everything just seems to fit real well as far as the looks go. the paint and body are almost perfect, with the exception of a couple of stress marks on the glass hood. i tried to take a picture but it doesn't show. other than that, all the paint appears to be original and the history report shows no accidents. under the hood is the roush supercharger and you can't tell the difference from the looks of the installation,from a supercharged roush car you buy off the ford dealers showroom floor.everything appears to have a professional install, and the performance is flawless. the exhaust system has a really smooth sound. not too loud , but you can tell the car means business. not sure about the details of it, but it starts with headers and has ford stamped all over the pipes coming out the back. the interior is just as nice as well with just a couple of mods. the aluminum dash panels are really nice. they are not the cheap stick-ons. it really does make a difference in the looks. the gage pods are made to fit in the vent outlets, which is really cool,and yes you still get the ventilation through them. and then to top it all off, the push button start. it takes a little getting used to because you want to keep turning the key. but the system works perfect, and the fit and finish on everything is first rate. you won't be disappointed with this car. but the best part of it all is the way this car rides and performs. it still feels just as tight and smooth as a brand new car. it does not feel like a car someones been taking to the track every weekend. no funny moans or whines at all, transmission, clutch, rear-end, and brakes are all perfect. tires are not new, but they don't need to be replaced. they are all BF Goodrich g-force TA's. original 18" Bullitt wheels and i can't find a scratch on them. Take notice that this car is for sale locally and i reserve the right to end the auction at any time or sell to anyone placing a deposit, regardless of the outcome of this listing.. i'm setting a very reasonable reserve on the car for what you're getting here. i'm actually setting it less than retail value for a regular Bullitt, so that's all i say about it please don't bid if you don't have the money or your financing already in place. there is nothing worse than to run an auction only to find out the guy can't buy it. if you need something for your bank, i can send you a buyers order. if you need shipping, i'll assist you in any way i can. thanks for your time...
