1985 Suzuki LT230 Quadrunner shaft drive which is completely all original very well maintained garage kept since new!!! Hello everyone this is the 2nd time someone either has hit the buy it now or made an acceptable offer and the auction was ended only to recieve an email from Ebay within 3 hours to let me know that the high bidder was an highjacked account. At least I recieved all my fees back each time. So here we go again HOPEFULLY with a real Ebay account buyer. This is an auction for a very well kept 1985 Suzuki LT230 Quadrunner shaft drive atv that even comes with a clear Pa. title. Now before I get to far into the description I want to mention that I have a 10 minute video of the quad starting and running as well as 80 full page pictures at the end of the description. Also if anyone has any questions please feel free to call me directly at 570-875-7109. The Suzuki LT230's were great machines and were like little tanks and just can't be stopped. These can be used by a child under 8 or even an adult weighing over 200 Lbs. The Suzuki LT230's have electric start as well as a pull start for backup in case the battery goes dead. The Suzuki LT230's are 5 speeds and have reverse as well. The Suzuki LT230's are clutchless and are what they call semi automatic, you have to shift with your foot but there is no clutch. The Suzuki LT230's also have a headlight with high and low beam and also has a rear taillight. This exact quadrunner is shaft driven and not chain, these shaft drive atv's are better/tougher machines than chain drive. This has full racks front and rear as well. Now the quad is in excellant condition and was maintained very well since it was new in 1985. Now granite this is used but only used a total of 234 miles. The nice thing about these is they have a odometer as well as a trip odometer so you know how many miles is on the quad or how far you go on one trip. It was extremely well kept thru the years. It has always been garage kept since day one and has never been kept outside when not being used. The quad starts right up and idles perfectly. The quad runs out very well with no issues and is very strong. The quad has NO cracked plastic and also has NO rips in the seat. All the plastic is extremely shiney and very smooth to the touch, just like it was when it was new. All of the plastic tabs that support the plastic are all there with none broken. The quad has a perfect frame with NO cracks or issues. The brakes all work front and back and are very tight and in great shape. The emergency brake also functions correctly. The Battery is new. The Tires are still the originals and are very nice. This is just a very clean quad, for being 25 years old, that has no issues, looks beautiful and everything works. I know these are hard to come by in this condition and will make great 1st or 2nd quad for kids or even adults. They can use this size from 7-8 up to teens, even adults can use these LT230's. I hate to even say it but Christmas is just around the corner. One of these just sold here on Ebay for over $1975 and it was not quite as nice but was pretty close. These are very desirable, especially in this condition. Don't be fooled into buying one of those unknown name quads that you can buy at the local store that you never heard of. They are not to expensive BUT they are cheaply built and are not really good. They look alright but they break very easily and have alot of CDI issues and the stores that sell them do NOT sell any parts. The parts have to be ordered from overseas from Korea and they are the parts are not cheap. You have to order everything from overseas yourself. It takes weeks and weeks to get. When you buy a Honda they stand the test of time and keep going. If you need a part you can go to your local Honda dealer and have the part in about 3 days and thats it. Now lets get to the 10 minute walk around video. All you have to do is click on the arrow and turn up your speakers.
