1968 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham: This is a clean, fully operational, 1968 Cadillac Fleetwood. This model was the top of the line for Cadillac in 1968. It is fully optioned. The car runs and drives very good. I just completed a 75 mile trip and it performed flawlessly. The original 472 V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The transmission works perfectly. The following options work well: 1. All the power windows work including the vent windows and all of the glass is good. There are no cracks in any of the windows. 2. The power front seat works as it should. 3. The power steering works properly. 4. The power brakes work well. 5. The air-conditioning and heater work properly. 6. All of the gauges work as they should. The car holds a cool temperature in heavy traffic conditions. The car drives smoothly, doesn't vibrate, and runs almost silently. (It has a new muffler and a new battery.) The interior is original and is in very good condition. The dash pad and headliner are in excellent shape. The backseat, with carpeted footrests, looks like new. Please look closely at all of the photos. You can fly into Salt Lake City and drive the car home. The horn and lights work as they should. I have taken numerous photos of the car and I have super-sized them for clear viewing. On the negative side, the car has several parking lot dings and scratches. Although the paint is mostly original, there has been some touch ups. There is no serious rust issues with the car. The floors are dry and all of the fender wells are dry. There is some surface rust where the paint has been chipped. I have taken close up photos of these areas, and as you can see there are no serious rust issues. There is a crack headlight surround on the passenger's side and there is a minor dent in the passenger's side front fender. The tires are serviceable, but should be replaced in the near future. The original trunk pads and cardboard are in place. The trunk floor carpet needs to be replaced. The original Jack and Spare tire are in the trunk. The car is complete. The odometer works properly and reads 35,867 miles, but I think it has turned over once. If you have any questions, please email them to me and I will respond quickly and thoroughly.
