Ownership / Service Highlights · First generation turbo, 3.0L. 237HP · US import manufactured 11/1976, Delivered to buyer in Florida early 1977. · Represented the 1977 model year at the Rennsport 911 40th anniversary celebration at Daytona Motor Speedway in 2004. · Very Rare Plaid Seat interior in near mint condition · Car owned in the state of Florida from new until March 2006. Always garaged. Never tracked, snowed or rained. Currently garaged in our showroom where it has resided for 5 years · Known ownership history to 1980. Owners and mechanics dating to 1984 still available for further inquiries about ownership and maintenance history. · Maintenance records from 1984 to present. · Tool kit is in Brand New unused condition and sealed in vacuum sealed plastic to protect the set between Concours · One of only 727 930s built for the United States market in model year 1977. (695 more were built for the rest of the world.) This is an exceptionally rare car. Imported to the US legally, many have been destroyed, and many more have been heavily modified. This unmodified, low-mileage and excellent condition car is exceptionally rare. · Original paint (paint code 266: ice green metallic clear coat) Rear tail repainted when car was less than 3 years old. Tail is a 1978 tray as updated by the original owner. Paint overall is in excellent condition with deep luster. Stunning car to look at. · US-spec wide rear rubber bumpers replaced by original owner when new with Euro-spec narrow bumpers and “Cat Eye” reflector – very popular change in the late 70’s/80’s · Interior in excellent condition. Black leather lumbars in good condition .Carpets were originally green, previous owner re-carpeted with black due to age. Concourse quality – This decision was made re aesthetics as Carpet colors are not referenced in Authenticity and thus does not affect the values · Original Blaupunkt am/fm/longwave radio including microphone recorder (for dictating notes to your secretary while driving 140 mph on the autobahn). And includes the original audio hang tag · Air conditioning was recharged last year and is fully functional · Drivetrain very well maintained, engine pulls strong, starts right up every time. Rebuilt at 61K including head studs, valve guides, valve seats, rings, Carrera tensioner update, turbo oil line renewal. Recent maintenance includes recent full fluid service, new oil lines (all lines replaced as a maintenance precaution re age in 2009) new tires, front pads, clutch cable and pins and bushings, wheel bearing maintenance including CV joints and boots, plugs wires rotor and cap, oil temp thermostat, new insulation in engine bay and more. · Original 15" Fuchs wheels in mint condition. 4 new tires. · All systems and gauges work flawlessly - Power antenna (with original owner's manual), power windows and power sunroof all work. Fuel filler door, bonnet and hood releases all work smoothly. Struts for bonnet (trunk) replaced last year at time of last service.
