This car is being re-listed due to a dead-beat, non-paying bidder......and for this reason, only ebay memebers with at least 25 positive feedbacks will be allowed to bid on the car. Here I have a 1999 Mercury Cougar , automatic w/ v6, AC, sunroof, 4-wheel disc brake, dual airbags, remote keyless entry and start, good battery, good interior. THIS CAR HAS NO TITLE The previous owner lost the title and got in a bad financial situation and didn't have the money to get a new title, so they sold the car to me. This car is being purchased for off-road use only ie. drag car, road race car , parts car etc. Or, if you are able to get a tile you will have a running/driving car. This car starts and drives, when I picked it up I started it and drove it down the road and pulled it up on the trailer for transport. There are a couple of minor dents and someone keyed the driver side and like all these model cougars, the sunroof doesn't work. Other than that this seems to be a good car. Anyone is welcome to come and look at this car before they bid on it, or if you want more detailed pictures, just let me know. I have a truck and car trailer and am willing to transport this vehicle a reasonable distance for a fee, otherwise, this car is for pickup only.
