This is a nice driver quality MGTD. The car has been through an amateur restoration over the better part of the last decade. The interior trim is done very well and favorably. The paint has a nice shine and looks good at five feet but up close is a bit thick in places and has some imperfections which I did my best to photograph. All the wood that needed to be replaced was, and the underside is quite nice and clean. There is no rust on the car on the body or underneath. Mechanically the car runs strong and sounds great. The top is very nice. The car comes with literally a large box FULL of documentation and pictures tracing ownership history to new. You will be hard pressed to find such a well documented car. The engine is freshly rebuilt, the top and interior are brand new, the car has clearly been entirely done recently. The only real knock on the car is the paint and the bumpers (which were painted not chromed). But with fresh paint and new bumpers the car would be VERY nice. Either freshen it up to have a very, very well sorted TD or keep it as is and have a nice looking and beautifully performing driver. Also, the car comes with probably a truck bed full of parts. There is a box of distributors a few generators a fully rebuilt transmission a rear diff original seat and an original engine block. There is a lot more but I honestly haven't gone through it all carefully. The car is available to be seen in Providence, RI. This is a NO RESERVE auction and the car needs to be sold.
