Click here to get free eBay templates at Auctiva.comI am selling a 1980 Honda C-70 Passport Deluxe with 418 miles on it.The bike is in great condition and runs very good.My weight is 200lbs and it goes 40 mph with me on it so I`m sure it will go even faster with a lighter weight person.I bought this bike at a vintage swap meet after I had hurt my ankle and needed something to get me around.I was quite impressed with this little scooter.I was going to keep it for my grandson but he would have to be a lot older before he could ride it.(He is 3).I have the original owners manual and the complete shop manual that shows every thing you could ever need to know.I see a small crack in the right plastic cover over the handlebars,(see pic). You have to look close to see this but I have to mention it to be honest. This piece is available on Ebay. It`s fine the way it is so just ride it.The tires are fine too.It has electric start and kick start.A couple times the button did not engage so I tried the kicker and all I had to do was lightly push the kicker down and it started rite up.(Very cool).I was told the button thing is quite common. Most of the time it works just fine.(Just being honest again). You are going to enjoy many years of riding with this bike and I will set the auction up as a No-Reserve so don`t wait till its gone. The bike will come with a clear Michigan Title and a bill of sale from me.A shipping quote is available, but pickup is preferred. This bike is for sale locally and I reserve the rite to end the auction early if no bids are made.Good luck bidding. Thanks for looking. On Jan-15-11 at 04:45:58 PST, seller added the following information: I wanted to add to the description that the bike will probably need a new battery for the new year of riding.I checked and the cost is about $30.00.I started the bike up today and noticed the battery does not hold a full charge.I was told that is why the electric start won`t work all the time. When I parked the bike this fall, the electric start was working fine with a fully charged battery. It starts just fine with a light kick of the kicker pedal.I just wanted to add this so there are no surprises to the new owner.I try my best to describe all I see and be honest.Thank you.
