This car started out as a 1983 mustang with a 4 cylinder 4 speed and was red with red interior. Everything has been gone through and changed. the drivetrain is from a 1988 gt and some of the interior is from a 1986 gt. The front end is from a 1979 mustang pace car. The car was a rust free and very clean car before it was torn down completly. Engine: 308 cu in fuel injected Ported and polished stock heads and intake shorty headers chrome underdrive pullies polished aluminum everything on engine has been painted, polished and chromed Transmission Stock 88 gt 5 speed rebuilt new clutch fully adjustable cable new Engine bay: all holes filled and smoothed all wiring hidden all painted body color Body: No rust ever 79 pace car hood 79 pace car front bumper and airdam 79 pace car moldings 87 up quarter windows tinted windows 35% BASF black with alittle green pearl(only visible in direct sun) Interior: 86 gt dash 86 gt center console 89 gt front seats 83 coupe rear seat all seats reupholstered in simulated black w/ charcoal inserts leather new svo charcoal carpet new headliner no a/c am/fm cd player all new speakers 09 gt 500 5 speed shift knob manuel windows & locks Wheels: front: 17x9 fr500 rims custom charcoal paint 255/45/17 nitto tires rear: 18x10 fr500 rims custom charcoal paint 285/35/18 nitto tires tires almost new Exhaust: summit racing h-pipe flowmaster super 40's with dumps Suspension: eibach sportline 2" drop springs front and rear rear airbags both sides adjustable competition engineering rear shocks Car won award of excellence at mustang week 2010 in myrtle beach back in july Also won a peoples choice award at the Buckeye Stangs mustang show at summit racing in august There is a picture of the car in 5.0 mustang and super fords magazine in the mustang week '10 article.
