Vehicle Detail

This is my 1976 Honda CB550 that I bought stock in late '07. I completely tore it down to the frame in the winter of '08 and rebuilt it as the cafe racer you see here. It's a Honda, so it's reliable, plus it's quick, and it will turn heads everywhere you go. The motor has 29,000 miles on it, and I did a full gasket rebuild, and top-end rebuild. I did a lot of replacing and upgrading. Here's a list of some of the things done: Fiberglass tank (BCR) and custom-made fiberglass seat cowlFull gasket rebuild on motor. No leaksElectric (and kick) start- Battery and electronics are hidden under the seat cowl. Starter button is under the seatBrand new wiring throughout the bikeCarbs have been rebuilt, tuned, and synchronizedCustom made rearsetsNew Progressive front springs and Progressive rear shocksStainless steel brake lines, rebuilt front caliper, and new aftermarket master cylinderNew Bridgestone BT45 tiresSupertrapp muffler with Mac headerPowdercoated original rims with new stainless steel spokes and polished hubsTelefix clipon bars There are many other little things done to this bike, but I don't want to clog up the listing with them. I've listed a lot of the stuff you can't see, so most of the other things are evident in the pictures. If you'd like more details, copy and paste the following forum link: http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=38305.50 -It has some more info and pictures of the build. Please email or call me with any other questions. If you call, keep in mind I am on eastern time :) adamektattoo@gmail.com 908-510-8979 -Chris- On Nov-15-10 at 21:57:42 PST, seller added the following information: This is my 1976 Honda CB550 that I bought stock in late '07.
