This is a 2006 Hyundai Tucson GLS. These photos were taken today, in the rain, and the car has not been cleaned or detailed at all. The blemishes in the last few photos are in white. The other spots are rain droplets. I intend to have this car fully detailed (appointment on 11/20) and re-post it if it does not sell before the detailing. The car looks far better than it appears but I will re-post with both sets of photos so anyone can see that the car was not fixed up and cleaned up to hide anything. It has an electronically engaged 4x4 and is great in all types of weather. This is a one-owner vehicle with clean and clear NY title. The vehicle has never been in any kind of accident and has never had any paint, body or reconditioning work done to it whatsoever. This vehicle has been owned and maintained religiously by an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician (certification will be shown by request at time of completing sale). The paint is in excellent condition and has only one scratch on the Front Left door (as shown in the picture). This scratch can be removed easily through polishing. Other blemishes are on the dark plastic body panels and require small amounts of touch up paint (see pictures showing all of the blemishes). No dings on this car anywhere. The front bumper guard has a small crack in it. This was an added on protective part and can be removed on request, as the bumper behind the optional guard is in perfect condition. The tires are new as of last year and the brakes were all replaced three months ago. This has been a great car that my wife purchased brand-new at the end of 2006. It has plenty of power to get up and go and has proved to be completely reliable. Aside from maintenance, a wheel pressure sensor was replaced when the tires were changed due to failure of the valve in it. We got married earlier this year and she is now in a high-end SUV so we are selling this one. There is a very conservative Reserve price on this, well below the book value for the GLS with V6 and 4x4. If you purchase this car before the detailing, I can either credit you the $150 I was quoted for the full detail or I can have the car detailed at my location or your location (if local to Nassau/Suffolk counties). Additionally, the winning bidder will be reimbursed for the cost of a Car-Fax Report under two circumstances: The report is purchased and the sale is completed, or, the report is purchased and has any derogatory information which makes the seller decline to purchase.
