1977 Dodge Van short wheelbase cool 70's van Interior kit has period correct shag carpet wood paneling and bucket seats Stereo system Needs some cosmetics and minor repairs but this van drives very nice Chrome is great Body straight no real digs or dents Glass has no cracks Newer tires Motor and transmission rebuilt in 2005 very little driving time since rebuild Great running 318 V8 Does not leak any oil Have some fun and go cruisin On Nov-05-10 at 10:55:27 PDT, seller added the following information: This is a southern California Dodge van however, there are rust holes where the roof meets the wind shield and some rust along the drivers side roof drip line but the wheel wells, bottom of the doors and other normal rust areas are in excellent condition. There is some light surface rust under the van but nothing to note. The choke needs to be adjusted when the van is cold it takes a while to warm up. The air conditioner shroud in the interior is cracked but is only cosmetic. The van is road worthy but does need some cosmetics and minor tweaking.The temperature gauge does not work. I originally purchased this van from an elderly gentleman who used the van on the weekends with his wife to sell stuff at the swap meet. He had the motor and transmission rebuilt in 2005 and did not put a lot of miles on the van. When his wife passed away he decided to sell the the van to me. The van brings back a lot of cool memories and I really enjoyed the 70's van era. I was planning on restoring this one because of the originality and the body being so straight. I think this would be an excellent candidate for a restoration or just drive it as is. A 1977 Dodge Van short wheelbase 318 automatic..cool!
