2003 Ford Ranger for sale with low Mileage The reason I am selling my truck is because, I open a new business and in this business I need a small car so I dont have a use for this truck any more. I been using this truck for three years, its in GOOD conditions, has air conditioner, mp3 radio, best of all has low mileage and I have not had any problems with this truck for the past three years The only thing is that the drivers airbag was deployed and it doesn't have one in there.
