I am moving out of the country and unfortunately now have to sell my beautiful BMW convertible. KBB private party value $6,840 (good condition), but this car is in much better shape than the average 1998. You will be able to look at the car starting in Flushing, NY. Email me for the exact location. History: I purchased the car in June 2005 in Florida while I was living in Kansas City. It has been in New York since 2007 and has only been used in the summers. This car is registered in NYS. I have not had any major problems. Car is in great shape, with clean title and no defects. In fact, it looks much newer than a 1998. Top is in good working order. There no major dents or scratches, but the driver's seat and the elbow rest shows some signs of wear (see pictures). The lock on the truck needs to be fixed and at some point, two new tires also would be a good idea. The missing emblem on the picture has been replaced. Otherwise, the car is in great shape and ready to go. In fact, there is no way I would sell it if I did not have to move. I just put in a brand-new, high-end battery for $170. However, since the old battery died, you will need the code to activate the radio. Any shop or dealer should be able to get it for you (it can be found on the back of the radio once you take it out).
