1979 dodge w300 repowered with engine trans and transfercase from 1991 w-350. the truck has factory reinforement installed along the frame from in front of the rear springs to the rear of the front springs, very heavy duty. Dump bed has new sides and floor installed very good shape. It has 4.88 gears in the axles, but comes with matching sets of 3.55 gears. The good: rebuilt injection pump, new starter, boregeson steering shaft, new shocks and springs front and rear, air to water intercooler installed, new valair clutch, flywheel and throw out bearing, new west coast mirrors, truck has been converted to hydroboost brakes, pyro, boost and fuel pressure guages installed,( fuel pressure not hooked up) new pto on transfer case, new selecto hubs, six dually rims from southwest wheel new in 2007, they have more off set that factory rims so you can run slightly larger than stock tires with out rubbing. also comes with the 1979 core support, grille and front bumper with brackets. things that need fixed: the transfer case kicks out of high range as soon as you lay off the throttle, stays in low range fine, speedo works when it wants to (cable?) pto cable needs hooked up, front driveshaft needs u-joints, exhuast needs installed (comes with stock downpipe), some lights work some dont, needs some body work(comes with new rockers and cab corner) radiator has had previous damage thats been repaired does not leak. tires are 50 percent left rear has slow leak. drivers seat needs recovered. I have put less than 1000 miles on the truck since the repower, with 4.88 gears you can cruise at 45mph in overdrive, and when the transfer case started acting up i quit driving it. the truck is too small for my needs so I lost interest in finishing it. truck can be driven in low range on to trailer. buyer is responsible for all shipping and arrangements. truck must be paid in full before shipping. this a no reserve auction. front core support and right fender are from a 1989 dodge. the truck that the engine, trans and transfercase came out of had 178000 miles on it. The engine has new gaskets and seals on the front timing case. They were replaced when the injection pump was rebuilt and the kdp ( killer dowel pin) was fixed. The injection pump has a 3200 rpm govenor spring installed, other than that, the injection pump is set to factory specs.
