PLEASE READ FIRST: The wheels and tires on this car will be included ONLY if the BUY IT NOW is used. If the car sells for less than the buy it now it will come with the stock steel wheels and wheel covers. I have up for auction a 1973 Ford Mustang convertible equiped with a 302 and automatic. This car is a very solid start to a very basic restoration or drive and enjoy. As you can see in the pictures there is some rust on this car, but it is all cosmetic. The worst of the rust is the right rear quarter that would need to be replaced. The rest of the rust on this car is all small areas that could be repaired with little effort. This car has a very solid frame and is very road worthy. The things I have done to this car include new front pads, calipers and rotors, rear wheel cyl. and shoes. A new fuel tank and sending unit, a brand new convertible top and plastic rear window (3 months old). A brand new set of Torque Thrust D's (14's in the front 15"s in the rear). The tires are decent with approximately 50% tread left. The car has a factory AM-FM 8-Track, and power top, power front disc brakes, and power steering. This car also has a dual point distributor. I just took this car on a 1000 mile round trip to the Sturgis Mustang Ralley in Sturgis SD and made the trip without so much as a hicup. This car runs and drives very nice and is ready to get in and drive. Even in the current condition it is a blast to drive. It turns alot heads and draws alot of thumbs up. This car is also FOR SALE locally and I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. If you have any questions please ask and thanks for your interest. This car is sold AS/IS WHERE/IS with NO WARRANTY and a CLEAR TITLE. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping/ transportation costs. A $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 48hrs of the end of the auction and the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the end of the auction. The deposit can be made through Pay-Pal and the remaining balance can be paid through Pay-Pal, certified bank check, or cash in person. If the check method is used the car will not be released until the payment has cleared. As I had said earlier this car would make for a very simple restoration and I feel I have set my reserve at a very fair price. Again, If you have any questions please ask and thanks for your interest.
