Vehicle Detail
1960 Mercedes Benz 180. This is an amazing survivor car. The best condition survivor I've ever seen. Recent work includes new paint and engine and transmission rebuild. Less than 2000 miles on what little needed to be restored. This car looks and runs amazing. Previous owner entered in 2 car shows, won best in class in one show, and best in show in the other. This car is TIGHT. Nothing loose, everything lines up excellent, everything opens and shuts perfectly and is laser straight. No rust now, no rust ever. Runs excellent, drives straight and brakes straight as an arrow and shifts smooth as butter. Tires and wheels in great shape. Underneath this car is just as pretty as the rest of the car. This car gets serious attention and serious looks. A truly rare car in this kind of shape. Everyone asks about when I stop. Gets way more attention than my fully restored 1969 Firebird convertible ever thought about getting. This is a seriously cool, seriously fun car to cruise in. Reminds me of a classic James Bond bad guy car and would be an excellent candidate for a classic movie set or a wedding rental. You are welcome to come out and take a look at and test drive the car before bidding and are free to call me with any questions at 912-687-6636 In case you care, I neither have room for this car or the time to drive it. I don't have space to put this car and my Firebird under my garage and cant bring myself to park either car in the yard, even for a night. I work 2 jobs and work out of town and just don't get to drive this car or give it the attention it deserves. I would sell the Firebird, but my wife refuses to learn to drive a manual transmission and want one we can both enjoy.
