You are bidding on a 1978 Mercedes 300 CD, MB imported less than 1500 of these vehicles in 1978. I bought this car to restore in 1997 but could not find the time to restore and have purchased more toys than the garage can hold, so the Benz has gotta go! This could be a daily driver/bio-diesel conversion with a little work or a good solid restoration car. Solid frame, floor pans, trunk floor and new front fenders, rear quarters have had very little body work, doors are solid outside but the sill bottoms need replaced. Car runs and starts easy, rebuilt; injector pump, injectors and cylinder head. Replaced brakes and exhaust. If interested I can send additional pics via e-mail. This purchase is pick up only.
