I have the car listed locally, so i reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Milage on the car is not exact since i am still driving it. The car starts runs and drives great. The engine is stock and has not been modified in any way. upgrades on this car from other Beetles include, 6speed manual transmission, KO3 turbo with intercooler, Moon roof, and monsoon tape deck with 6 disk cd changer. Car also come with 17inch Turbo S only wheels. The spoiler on the Turbo S raises automatically at 45mph and lowers again at 10mph or less. The biggest upgrade to the Turbo S is the 180hp turbo charged engine. I just like that when you set the cruise, it always holds speed, and if I want to pass someone, its never a problem. This is really an enjoyable car to drive. I have used all VW parts on the car for any tune-ups or repairs, and use only full synthetic 5w-40 oil from Volkswagen and oem filters. I reacently replaced the front and rear tires (2-3 months old) and had the front end aligned. the car has no issues other than being 8 years old and high mileage. This is not a new car so there are scratches in the paint, marks on the seats and so on. I highly suggest you come and look at the car before bidding. I offer no warranty of any kind. You are welcome tocome by and take a test drive. The only mechanical suggestion I would make is to plan on changing the timing belt some time in the near futer. This is an interferance motor meaning that if the timing belt breaks the valves will collide with the piston and cause damage. This is not a problem with the volkswagen, most cars today have this type of engine. When haveing the timing belt replaced a mechanic will usually change the water pump as well.
