There are significant areas of dents and scrapes. There is very little rust. This truck does not appear to have ever been used to plow or otherwise used in salty conditions (although it would make a perfect truck for this purpose). The two-tone paint is in decent shape. The glass in in good shape with the exception of a crack along the base of the windshield. The inside of the bed is solid. Everything on the truck is solid. INTERIOR The interior is in good shape. The cloth is in acceptable shape for a 20 year old truck. The seat and carpet have been steam cleaned and appear to have only expected wear. The dash is in tact. The radio works good. MECHANICAL Mechanically, this F250 checked out great. The truck starts, idles and revs great! This is the pre-turbo 7.3 liter diesel engine that is an absolute workhorse. These engines are known for thier longevity and dependability. There are no apparent leaks. There are no indicator lights on in this truck indicating that any mechanical service is imminent. The Four Wheel Drive works good. The truck drives down the road smoothly and stops smoothly without issue. The tires are safe but do not have a lot of tread left.
