Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Fees and Taxes: All Texas residents subject to state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. All winning bidders must pay a $143.80 Doc Fee, a $5 Deputy Fee as well as a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax of .002321 (this breaks down to about $23 for every $10,000). Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
