A Stunning example of a 1986 jaguar Vanden Plas finished in Black with Doeskin leather with 32 k original miles. The 1986 Vanden Plas is the next to the last year the 6 cylinder was produced for the U.S and this car is a fine example that has not been molested or restored .The car is all original and and has always been garage kept so the original paint reflects like glass and is in great condition with only minor door dings and scratches and one spot on the hood that can either be buffed or re sprayed.Also being black the paint by the gas caps has some hairline cracking but the car shows very well .There is also only 1 spot of rust on the passenger side fender as pictured but there is NONE on the floors around the windows doglegs ,doors or wheel wells ,front or rear valance or trunk or underneath the car .The car is rust free with the exception of the spot on the fender . The original interior has a great aroma of leather and is in Doeskin and it is near perfect with the only light wear is on the drivers seat bolster but it not noticeable and the rest of the seats are near perfect and still very supple and look like they have never been sat in .The wood grain has very few minor hairline cracks and of course the original headliner has just began to come down over the rear seats only,but it does not obstruct your rear view.The trunk is spotless and still has the original and tools and spare. Mechanically the car runs and drives and very tight ,like a 32k mile Jag should.The tires are nearly new and brakes and suspension is also in great condition .I have just replaced the shock bushings and some other repairs so it is in amazing condition.Yes everything works including hot heat ,very cold a/c and gauges,windows, sunroof and door locks.Although the car is 24 years old now it is in amazing condition and is a great weekend driver and not too far from a show car. It gets thumbs up and stares where ever you take because it still looks near new.The pictures speak for themselves,but it is even more beautiful in person.My garage space is limited so a couple cars must go. I am the only the 2nd owner of the car and it will also come with the original keys,with the dealer installed remote alarm,that I havent tried to use,some original records as well as the original window sticker and Original bill of sale when the car was bought the Christmas of 1985 for $39,519.
