Extremely collectible original, all numbers matching Classic and Classy 1961 1600 MARK I MGA Coupe (much more rare than the roadster) with no rust! Very well sorted, this car went through an extensive frame on restoration in the late 90’s in Texas where it lived the majority of its life. Odometer was reset after the restoration and currently reads just over 4000 miles. Titled in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (location of car) and in my name. · Drive train: Mechanically this car is excellent, engine and 4 speed transmission were rebuilt and H2O and oil pressure prove it. Rebuilt MGB carbs synced and polished. Engine was rebuilt using unleaded gas compatible valves, valve seats, both intake and exhaust. This front disk brake car has true original Knock Off 60 spoke wheels wrapped in brand new Pirelli 165 SR15 86S Cinturato P3’s . Suspension is tight and correct, no rattles, growling, squeaks whatsoever! Stainless Exhaust New Gas Tank Electrical was gone through and replaced where need be or refurbished, EVERYTHING electrical works perfectly. · Interior: Brand new Honey Tan seats, front kick panels, front frame covers, door panels, and dash. New grey (original color for the Coupe) carpet and trunk kit with spare tire cover (Spare is a 60 spoke with a Pirelli Cinturato with zero miles). Trunk also contains original Tool kit New weather stripping, felts and rubber throughout All instruments work flawlessly as well as all lights and lighting Floors have been covered in heat/sound deadener throughout. Original Banjo steering wheel in great condition. · Exterior: All of the panels are straight (dings noticeable in the right light) and true, its Coded red paint shows some age but is an absolute driver! Most chrome has either been replaced or rechromed. Car comes complete with original manual and a car cover. The mechanicals on this car are outstanding, it is an EXCELLENT driver and great looker, this MGA is ready to be driven, raced, or prepared for Concours! Fly in and drive home!
