We strongly recommend that if you are bidding from another state that you allow time when picking up the vehicle to go to the local DMV and process the title work and get a Nevada temporary use permit. The Nevada DMV will mail a new Nevada title to any state in the nation. We also do not provide “Open” titles which are titles that have the buyer information left blank. At the time of pick up you will need to provide ID and have your name placed on the paperwork. We have lost almost $10K in bogus money orders or cashiers checks so we can only accept cash at the time of pick up. If you don’t want to travel with cash you can make a cashier’s check out to yourself and cash it once you get here.In Nevada the buyer is responsible for smog testing a vehicle and we often sell vehicles to out of state buyers who don’t need smog testing so we do not usually smog cars here. Out of state buyers often travel to Vegas to pick up one of our vehicles and we strongly recommend that you allow a day to drive the vehicle around town before leaving to go across county.If a problem is going to show up it will usually show up fairly soon, better to find out in town.we are grateful for your interest and participation in bidding.
