1961 Impala bubble top, was restored in the mid 80's, it is time for a complete restoration. Its fun to drive and always get looks and comments, small block engine that starts everytime and runs real good with new eldenbrock intake and new holley 600, HEI ingition, new radiator from a classic dealer. Brakes are new with wheel clyinders, car has factory power steering and power brakes. Transmission was rebuilt about 1000 miles ago, its a 2 speed powerglide, I just removed the complete dual exhaust to have a complete exhaust system installed but have decided to sell car THE CAR HAS NO EXHAUST VERY LOUD but I can have a dual exhaust installed for $750.00 plus tax if buy wants to pay the extra on top of the high bid price. Car is missing the sun visors. Ther is two spots of rust in the corners of the trunk (see pics) under head lights there is rust, the lower rear corners of the quarter panels have rust, lower 6 inches would remove it all, the area around the rear wheel opening looks good, the rocker panels look good, the floor panels are good except right infront of front seat area on the outside (see pics) the inner rockers are rusted out. The frame is real good. The rain gutters are good, around the back window is good. Tires are around 50%. There are chips, scratches, some paint bubbles around car, rear bumper looks bent in the center, left front side chrome is flatted. Restore or drive it like it is. The side windows are tinted but the drivers window has been replace and is not tinted, the front windsheild has some fogging in the corner (been etched to look like snow mountains) two wing windows have some bubbles, rear window has some etch work (harley emblem) Interior is pretty nice for 25yrs old.
