The Firebirds and Camaro's have always been an icon of an American sports car. From the late 60's to the late 90's they have domintaed the roads all over America and this one is what you would call a Mac Daddy version. First, it's a great color combination, red with grey leather. Yes, it has the T-tops, an upgraded Ram air hood (that cost about $1,000 painted and installed) adding extra HP by allowing air to be forced into the intake as the car moves. This car also has chrome plated alloy wheels, automatic transmission and factory rear spoiler, but the biggest plus the vehicle has is the massive LS1 5.7L V8 motor. This is the same motor that came in the 1998 corvette!! This vehicle absolutely flies andwill go well over 150 mph (of course we don't recommend going that fast ;-) Formulas are even more rare than the Trans-Am. They are very collectible and this one was owned by a conservative gentleman in his late 50's who traded it in on a late model Mercedes convertible. He has maintained it meticulously and kept it in the garage. Everything on the car works including the motorized headlights. This is one heck of a car! The exterior is in excellent condition. The paint looks fantastic and I only noticed one hairline scratch and that's on the rear fin (see the close-up picture). The chrome wheels are in excellent condition with no damage at all, they shine like a mirror!! The tires aren't brand new, but have plenty of tread. This car looks like a race car!!! The interior is in excellent condition. The leather looks amazing, the carpets are clean, the trim pieces are all in excellent condition, the dash is in nearly new condition, and the car has not been smoked in. This is a collector's dream. The rear seats don't even look like they've been used. This car runs and drives perfectly. There are no warning lights on, the motor runs strong, the automatic transmission shifts smoothly and the car has amazing acceleration. The stereo sounds fantastic and it has a factory in-dash cd player which is rare for a 1998. You will not be disappointed in this vehicle. It's everything we've described and more! This 1998 Firebird is absolutely stunning. The Firebirds and Camaro's have always been an icon of an American sports car. From the late 60's to the late 90's they have domintaed the roads all over America and this one is what you would call a Mac Daddy version. First, it's a great color combination, red with grey leather. Yes, it has the T-tops, an upgraded Ram air hood (that cost about $1,000 painted and installed) adding extra HP by allowing air to be forced into the intake as the car moves. This car also has chrome plated alloy wheels, automatic transmission and factory rear spoiler, but the biggest plus the vehicle has is the massive LS1 5.7L V8 motor. This is the same motor that came in the 1998 corvette!! This vehicle absolutely flies andwill go well over 150 mph (of course we don't recommend going that fast ;-) Formulas are even more rare than the Trans-Am. They are very collectible and this one was owned by a conservative gentleman in his late 50's who traded it in on a late model Mercedes convertible. He has maintained it meticulously and kept it in the garage. Everything on the car works including the motorized headlights. This is one heck of a car!
The exterior is in excellent condition. The paint looks fantastic and I only noticed one hairline scratch and that's on the rear fin (see the close-up picture). The chrome wheels are in excellent condition with no damage at all, they shine like a mirror!! The tires aren't brand new, but have plenty of tread. This car looks like a race car!!!
The interior is in excellent condition. The leather looks amazing, the carpets are clean, the trim pieces are all in excellent condition, the dash is in nearly new condition, and the car has not been smoked in. This is a collector's dream. The rear seats don't even look like they've been used.
This car runs and drives perfectly. There are no warning lights on, the motor runs strong, the automatic transmission shifts smoothly and the car has amazing acceleration. The stereo sounds fantastic and it has a factory in-dash cd player which is rare for a 1998.
You will not be disappointed in this vehicle. It's everything we've described and more!

Seller reserves the right to cancel any and all bids, or end the auction early at its sole and complete discretion before the close of the auction. Bidder must be 18 years or older. Seller welcomes buyers pre-bid inspection at seller’s place of business but any such inspections must be completed prior to the auction ending, during our business hours (noon - 6 pm monday through friday) and shall be at buyers cost. We are a licensed independent dealer in the state of Florida. Titles are usually sent within 1-2 weeks but can take up to 30 days to be received. In the event that you need the title and vehicle at the same time, we require prepayment (and enough time for the payment to clear) or cash payment (in person) in US funds.
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, but could possibly overlook something. We try to point out anything unusual for the year and mileage of the car, but obviously these are used cars and will have wear consistent with the year and mileage. Most of our cars come with owners manuals and 2 keys, cigarette lighters, cargo covers, spare tires, jacks, first aid kits, etc. but sometimes these are not turned in by the previous owner. If you don’t see these items pictured, do not assume that they are there or included with the auction. We do drive these cars while they're up for auction so the mileage may be slightly higher, but typically not more than a few hundred miles. If you have any questions, please ask. As you can see from our fantastic feedback rating, we are not in the business of mis-describing what we sell. We are very reasonable and go out of our way to provide our customers with excellent service and a fantastic value.
