1997 GST though the motor is from a 1996. Car has racing seats and an aftermarket intercooler. We bought the car a year ago from the person who did the engine swap and changed the seats. Since then we have replaced the battery, alternator, clutch, flywheel, right half-shaft, one wheel, and the harmonic balancer. Engine runs good and drivetrain solid. Needs a new front bumper and a wheel. Also could use some paint work in spots. My son used it as a daily driver this winter and our winter was brutal. Hit a pothole and ruined the nose and a wheel. The bumber can usually be found on eBay for about $110. The wheel is no longer made but I found one once online. This car is not the most beautiful Eclipse you can find but it is very fast and with a little work can be put back into showroom shape. Local pickup only.On Sep-28-10 at 06:04:11 PDT, seller added the following information: 9/28/10 Went out this morning to drop off the kids and noticed some damage. The windshield appears to have been struck and nobody bothered to come to the door and confess. This is not the first time vandals have struck. Notice the left tail light. Check out the pictures. Since this will increase the cost of restoring the car, I will not be upset if anyone wishes to retract any current bid. Just wanted everyone to be aware of the new condition.
