This auction is for one somewhat rusty 72 Chevelle convertible that has been sitting in a dirt floor barn since 1988. The car needs pretty much everything but the nice thing is everything is there with nothing missing {except what the critters chewed up}, this car is complete right down to the spare tire and bumper jack. It's a one owner car complete with the original title signed by the original owner. Options include 350 2 barrel {not stuck} and turbo 350 transmission, air conditioning, power steering, power drum brakes, factory cruise control and factory Delco AM/FM radio. The original owner stated that he never had any major engine work done so I would assume it's a numbers matching car but can't varify for sure. I tried to read the number pad on the block but it is too rusty. The frame is rusted through on the driver side under the cowl but could be repaired once the body is removed, It's not separated yet. All other areas of the frame look fine.I know there are guys out there that don't mind doing metal work but in my opinion this car would require a doner or would be an excellent parts car.
